At our facility located in MustafaKemalpasa, Bursa, we produce textured yarns with enhanced bulk, elasticity, and stability. With a monthly production capacity of 200 tons, we are capable of manufacturing polyester and polyamide-based yarns in various denier and filament configurations.

At our facility in Kestel Organized Industrial Zone, Bursa, we perform yarn dyeing using disperse, acid, and reactive dyeing processes suitable for various fiber types. Our process ensures homogeneous colors with high shade speed. Our monthly production capacity is approximately 350 tons.
A Structure Strengthened Layer by Layer
Carefully woven, built to last for years.
We produce fabrics on dobby and jacquard looms to meet various design and texture expectations. With a monthly production capacity of 600,000 meters, we manufacture plain, elastane-blended, and patterned fabric types. Polyester and polyamide-based yarns are predominantly preferred as the fiber structure.
The Power of Colors Meets Fabric!
Different shades, always the same unchanging quality.
High color quality and process reliability are achieved through disperse, acid, and reactive dyeing processes carried out on discontinuous and open width dyeing machines. Environmentally friendly and optimized chemical usage is prioritized throughout the dyeing processes. Our monthly capacity is 180 tons.
COLLECTION
As Batmaz Tekstil, we showcase our unique collections of jacquard and dobby fabrics—developed by our in-house R&D team—at leading international exhibitions held at various times throughout the year. Thanks to our sample looms and CAD-CAM solutions within the R&D department, we are also able to carry out customer-specific product development quickly and accurately, even outside the trade fair periods.

WEB SHOP
Kader is a double-weave fabric with a weight of 185 g/m². It has a width of 150 cm and is composed of 88% PES (Polyester) and 12% EA (Elastane – Lycra). Thanks to its elasticity, the fabric offers four-way stretch capability.
Produced in taffeta weave type, this fabric has a weight of 75 g/m². With a width of 150 cm, it is composed of 100% PES (Polyester). It does not have elasticity and features a stable, non-stretch structure.
